She is survived by: her children, John Polsky (Donna) and Joanne Rongione (Ray); her siblings, Nancy Kosma and Raymond Jones (Patty); her grandchildren, Jill Bonawitz (Bill), John E. Polsky and Ana-Maria Rongione; her great grandchildren, Ryan and Reese Bonawitz; and her cousin Kathleen Rush. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
