He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Loretta Vanderbeck; his children, Sandra Heyrich (Robert) and Robert Vanderbeck, Jr. (Patrice); his grandchildren, Robert Heyrich (Christine), Heather Cerulo (Christopher), Andrew Heyrich (Eileen), Grace Vanderbeck and Lucy Vanderbeck; his great grandchildren, Hope and Tommy; and his brother William Vanderbeck.
