He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur W. Spath and Rachel Spath (Cozine). He is survived by: his son Frank Jr.; his wife Elaine; his children, Francis X. Spath Jr. (Kirsten Rogers), Karrie Anne (Brian) and Melanie (Kenneth Petrovcik); and his grandchildren, Zachary Spath, Dakota Spath, Jake Petrovcik, Gunnar Hilsinger, Regan Spath and Raylan Spath. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
