With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David A. Jones Jr. of Mount Arlington, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on February 27, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David A. Jones and Jessie Brown Jones Kelley; his stepfather Paul Kelley; his siblings, Donald Jones and Doris Thoms (Jones); and his stepbrother Mark Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jones (Bocchino) of Mount Arlington, NJ.; his children, Debra Egbert (Richard), Jacklyn Jones (Paul Lyons), David A. Jones III (Cheryl), Craig Jones (Stephanie) and Douglas Jones (Lori); his grandchildren, Emily Egbert, Jared Crum (Jaime), Jodi Crum, Joshua Crum (Annmarie DeSantis), Raechel Davidson (Jonathan), Taylor (Shaun Roache), Carissa (James Lambariello), Ryan, Brandon, Erin, Justin, Haley Bermudez (Jason) and Alexander; his stepgranddaughters, Caroline and Rose Adams; his great grandchildren, Kaden, Dylan Crum and Bentley Egbert; his stepgreat-granddaughter Emma Davidson; his siblings, Richard Jones (Liz) and Rosemary Jones (Ronald Filan); and his sister-in-law Judith Jones. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
