He is survived by: his mother Elena Bender; his wife Ari; his children, William, Katerina and Zachary; his sister Jane; his brother-in-law William O'Connor; his sisters, Irene Foran, Mary Dunn and Bernadette; his brother-in-law Hector Suarez; his brother Thomas Bender; and his mother-in-law Lia Mamos. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
