She is survived by: her children, Robert Den Bleyker (Lisa) of Lake Shawnee, Matthew Den Bleyker (Michelle) of Sun City, Arizona, Karen Shaw (Bill) of Oak Ridge and Janet Centrone (Andrew) of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; her brother Robert Mathews (Linda) of Fairfield Glade, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Katelyn Shaw, Timothy, Kevin Den Bleyker, Nicholas, Jack Centrone, Matthew and Mason Den Bleyker; and her pet Beau.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations may be offered in Rosemary's memory to Father John's Animal House, 50 Father John's Lane, Lafayette, NJ 07848.
