He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Williams and Sybil Williams. He is survived by: his wife Jane Kavanaugh Williams; his children, Richard E. Williams III (Roseanne McCauley), Kimberly Robb (Joel), Matthew Williams (Carolyn Hoenisch), Evan Williams and Mary Kate Lynch (Ryan); his grandchildren, Brendan, Ashley, Kathryn, Matthew, Jack, Elise, Richard, Robert, Owen, Brooks and Bernice; and his sister Gail Peins (Manford). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as his extended family, friends.
