He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela; and his parents, Paul and Louise of Brookside, NJ.. He is survived by: his son Paul Welsh III of San Diego; his siblings, Patricia Martina of Branchburg, NJ, Matthew Welsh of Palatka Florida and Catherine "Kitty" Welsh of Brookside, NJ; and his nieces and nephews, Rachel, Tara, Andrew, Peter and Jon.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center 575 Woodland Avenue Madison, NJ 07940.
