She was predeceased by: her mother Anna Bilozir; and her former husband Roman Ostapiak. She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Ostapiak, Larysa Atzl (Andrew) and Natalie Ostapiak. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and 5 grand cats.
