He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Cassidy and Norine Cassidy; his former wife Mary Elizabeth (Hennessey); his wife Dr. Donna Siergiej; his brothers, Mark and Richard; his granddaughters, Erin (John Trochta) and Meaghan Cafferty; and his sister Karen (Gerard Cafferty). He was also cherished by four children and two grandchildren.
