He is survived by: his wife Rose Ferrara; his children, Annette Worthington (John) and Joseph Mastracchio (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Lauren Morse (Rob), Brooke Worthington (Matthew Houk), Devon Worthington, Taylor Williams (Tyler), Joseph Mastracchio and Michael Mastracchio; and his great grandchildren, Harrison Morse, Graham Houk, Walker Houk, Layla Morse, Everett Houk, Emerson Williams and Palmer Williams. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
