It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John J. Carlone of Morristown, New Jersey, born in Madison, New Jersey, who passed away on March 21, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aminto Carlone and Elizabeth Carlone; his wife Jo Ann; and his siblings, Ann Palma and Henry Carlone.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Kraus (Lee), Susan Dolbow (Kyle) and John Carlone Jr. (Laura Demone); his grandsons, Mark Kraus (Kelly), Jason Kraus (Emily), Brian Kraus (Tamara), Jack Carlone and Nicholas Carlone; his great grandchild Evan Kraus; his sister-in-law Carmel Portuese of West Orange; and also Reverend John P. O'Connell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
