He is survived by: his wife Denise; his stepdaughter Amy; his brothers, Larry and Tom; and his nieces and nephews, Chuck of Dan, K. C., Marc, Cory, Erin, Kevin, Chris, Kati, Kendra, Elisa and Sarah. He is also survived by 23 great nieces and nephews plus many step-nieces and nephews and his cousins.
