She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Ron Levy. She is survived by: her husband Ori; her son Noah; her mother Joyce Levy; her sister Robin; her brother-in-law Paul Matelsky; and her nieces and nephews, Loren and Jordan Matelsky.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rabbi Z. David Levy Endowment Fund at Temple B'nai Or, created by her late father Dr. Ron Levy, to support the needs of the entire community.
