We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2023, at the age of 83, Joan Theresa Colato of Morristown, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Panzariello and Rose Panzariello; and her sister Dolores Wingert. She is survived by: her sister Rosemarie Stiffler; her daughters, Gina Marie Simon (late Frank), Rose Valentin (Sergio), Denise Ruiz (Ibrahim) and Diane Gonzalez (Danny); her stepdaughter Lissette Camacho; her grandchildren, Frank Simon Jr., Brandon Valentin, Bianca Valentin, Javier Valentin, Kassandra Colato (Curtis Jenkins), Alexander Olave, Jacob Olave, Jeffrey Cummings, Danny Gonzalez Jr. (Itzel Gonzalez), Jessica Gonzalez and Joey Gonzalez; and her great grandchildren, Asher Gallagher, Kinsley Valentin, Angelina Jenkins and Ariana Jenkins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joan's memory may be made to the American Lung Association.
