He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervine Carovillano and Jerry Carovillano; and his husband Richard Witenberg. He is survived by: his close friend Richard Witenberg; and his siblings, Carol Cicalese and William Carovillano. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
