“Just heard of the passing Jeffrey. So very sad to hear. The last time I saw him was at our 40th Harding Township Reunion in 2011. Many fond memories of Jeff in my class at school. I aways felt his warmth and care for others and always thought of him fondly. He had beautiful blue eyes and remember him as a good athlete too. Always getting blue ribbons on Field Day at Harding. I will miss Jeff and will hold him in my heart as a good soul. My condolences to his family. Warmly, Carolyn Uslar”
