He is survived by: his children, Dharmistha Patel (Jyontidra) of Texas, Smita Amin (Rashmi) of Illinois, Rashmikaben Patel (Hemant) of Parsippany, Kalpesh Patel (Binita) of Pennsylvania and Shital Patel (Sanjay) of Parsippany; his brothers, Praful Patel and Ghanshyam Patel; and his grandchildren, Umang, Isika, Shelly, Shivam, Nishil, Priyal, Namita, Amit and Rashena.
