He is survived by: his wife Savannah Wiggins-Bell; his sons, Brian Bell, Jason Bell (Marlena) and Darrell Wiggins (Jenny); his sister Catherine Bell; his sister-in-law Patricia Ann Wiggins; his mother-in-law Adella Wiggins; his brothers, Hebert (Arlene), Alphonso (DiChelle), Miller (Barbara), Jessie (Zsa Zsa) and Melvin Wiggins; his close friend Johnny Drayton; his grandchildren, Monique Bell, Marcedes, Mark Bell, Lindsey Tucker, Brian Bell Jr., Harmoney Bell, Jason Bell Jr., Janelle Monique Bell, LaQuanna Davies (Moonie), Brandy and Mariah; his goddaughter Latoya Desnoes; and his great grandchildren, Jayde Bell, Jailynn Wiggins, DeJa Bell, Jamie, James Prester, LeeLand Bell and Mahaila Bell.
