He is survived by: his children, Dennis Lopez (Sonia) of Queens, NY and Ivette Martinez of Lake Hiawatha; his sister Yvette Ortiz of Bronx, NY; and his grandchildren, Joseph Lopez, William Lopez and Samantha Martinez. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
