She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Jadez and Mary Jadez (Marek); her sister Mary Victoria Jadez (VJ); her siblings-in-law, Gwen, Jack Dormer, Jane and Leo Halko; and her daughter Nancy Luckey.
She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, John D. (Jack), Lenore Luckey of Madison, Glenn M. Luckey of Morris Plains, Lynn A. (Van Allen) and Valerie V. Luckey (Henry Holdsworth); her grandchildren, Ryan (Tracy Luckey), Meghan (Bill Houston), Sean Luckey of Jersey City, Tory (Ben Clarke) and Avery Holdsworth of Wilson; and her great grandchildren, Mark Luckey, Liam, Emily Houston, Whitaker and Yardley Clarke. She is also survived by her niece and nephew, and many dear friends.
