He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Devine and Sandra Devine (Siebert) of Marion; his brothers, Mike Devine (Kelly) of Cleveland and Kevin Devine (Beth) of Columbus; and his nieces and nephews, Patrick, Thomas, Maggie, Katie, Michael, Charlie, Ella and Lucy. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
