He was predeceased by: his parents, David R. Cole Sr. (Fuzzy) and Nancy Polk; his son Jahad Clark; his grandparents, Samuel Theodore Polk, Fanny Polk, Tillman Cole and Annie Cole; his daughters, Briana, Payton and Shelby; his siblings, Regina Cole and Jayson Goodwin; and his nieces and nephews, George, Joseph, Jasmine and Shaniya.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Clark Cole; and his grandchildren, Briana, Payton and Shelby Cole.
