He is survived by: his wife Jill; his daughter Caroline Blake; his grandchildren, Matthew and Mackenzie Blake Siegel; his sisters, Barbara Ann Wass, Doris Lasher and Arlene O'Connor; and his sister-in-law Joan Dempsey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
