He is survived by: his parents, Brian D. Farnsworth of East Liverpool and Lyneah Breskvar Huff of Apollo Beach, Florida.; his sister Brittany Savell (Jason) of Apollo Beach, Florida; his grandparents, Julia Farnsworth of East Liverpool, Ron and Nancy Breskvar of Willoughby, Ohio; his stepfather Alan Huff of Apollo Beach; his close friend Jessica Stender of Morristown; and also Vicky Kolkowski of East Liverpool.
