She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Buchek and Irene Buchek (Oustrich). She is survived by: her husband Joseph A. Kominiak; her children, Keith J. Kominiak (Barbra), Craig J. Kominiak (Sue) and Lisa M. Snure (Michael); her sisters, Patricia Brennan, Paulette Visioli and Kathy Aquino; her grandsons, Michael Snure (Cheri), Todd Kominiak (Layla), Gregory Snure (Alison), Troy Kominiak and Tyler Kominiak; and her great grandchildren, Grayson, Gavin and Leo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimers Association would be deeply appreciated.
