He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leslie Gartrell and Margaret Gartrell; his sons, Brian (Douglas), NJ and Douglas; his grandsons, Alexander and Benjamin; his sister Joan; his nieces, Christine, Beth, Ellen, Joan, Susan and Cathy; and his wife Janet.
Given the current public health situation, while social distancing and masks will be observed at the services, the family understands if you are not comfortable attending, and knows that your prayers and thoughts are with them during this time.
