She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Brocky. She is survived by: the mother of her children Jerry Kuzemczak; her grandchildren, Christian, Andrew Kuzemczak, Patrick and Nicholas Brocky; her sibling Slawomir Duszkiewicz; and also, Donna and Lisa.
