He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Dieckmann and Helene Dieckmann. He is survived by: his wife Helen Dieckmann of Morris Plains; his children, Wayne Dieckmann (Becky) of Madison, Karlene Mitchell of Fairfield, CT and Marlene Andresen (Paul) of Hillsborough; and his grandchildren, Danielle Dieckmann, Brian Dieckmann, Devon Mitchell, Drew Mitchell, Kimberly Andresen and Steven Andresen.
