He is survived by: his wife Christine; his children, Joseph Dowd, Robert Dowd (Julia) and Christine Connolly (Martin); his grandchildren, Brady Raab (Louis), Katie Dowd, Brenna Dowd, Justin Gould (Sarah), Max Pron, Christian Connolly, Owen Pron, Daniel Connolly, Lila Dowd, Mia Dowd and Grace Connolly; and his brother Laurence Dowd.
