He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Shivas; his children, Kim Hohlfeld (Ralph), Jessica Orr and Ronald Orr; his grandchildren, Addison and Bentley Orr; his siblings, David (Judy), Paul (Alice), Kenneth (Cindy), Byron, Keith (Roxanne) and Gloria Jean Metzger (Frank); and his parents-in-law, Janet Orr, Josephine Orr, Bob Pronko, George, Francine Shivas, Jack, Nancy Shivas, Donald, Fran Shivas, Sandy Shivas, Eileen, John Claffey, Ann, Ronald Paquette, Elizabeth, Robert Kristen, Bruce, Jane Shivas, Kathleen and Thomas Effner.
