She is survived by: her husband Charles Thonus; her children, Regina Dowd (Bill), Paul (Robin) and Margerette; her grandchildren, Amie, Charles (Joy) and Paul; her great grandchildren, Lilya, Viola and Jonathon; and her sister Mary Bouman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
