He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Mary; and his sister Rose Marie. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Padovano (Lackamp); his children, Mark, Andrew, Paul and Rosemarie; and his grandchildren, Mia, Luke, Lilyana, Diana and Anthony.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations in Anthony's name be made to The Sisters of Charity P.O. Box 476, Convent Station, NJ 07961.
