He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval Brizendine and Garnet Smith Brizendine; his siblings, Jack, Reverend Robert, William, Edward, Alma, Nedra and Mona; his wife Frances Trifaro Brizendine; and his son Richard Brizendine.
He is survived by: his sons, Anthony and Michael Brizendine; his grandchildren, Amanda Griffin (Lindsay) and Anthony Richard Brizendine; and his great grandchildren, Elijah, Wyatt, Owen and Benjamin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations can be made to Children Hospital of Philadelphia in lieu of flowers.
