He is survived by: his wife Urszula Szlezak (Blachowska); his children, Margaret Zuba (Mirek) of Morganville and Wojtek Szlezak (Sarah Pellett) of South Amboy; his grandchildren, Diana, Olivia and Vivianne; and his sister Teresa Pasternak.
