He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Howard and Leon Howard; and his siblings, Bobby Howard, Marie Burkhardt and Carol Eccleston.
He is survived by: his son Jack; his daughter-in-law Randi Howard of Matawan; his daughters, Cheryl Jensen of Morganville and Wendy; his son-in-law Anthony Topoleski of Port Monmouth; his sisters, Dotty Severage and Bobbi Ann Zemalkowski; his grandchildren, Christina, Kelsey, Matthew, Nicholas, Brandon, Dustin and Mikayla; and his former wife Geraldine Moore Howard. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
