He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Baer and Louise Baer; and his sister Susan Baer. He is survived by: his wife Kim Baer; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Abigail Baer; his daughter Kelley Baer; his grandsons, Calvin and Elijah Baer; his sister Christina Baer-Arter; and his nephew Kiran Arter.
