She was predeceased by: her husband John Forlenza; her parents, Antonio DiNiro and Carmela DiNiro; and her siblings, Angela Monteleone, Lorenzo and Frank DiNiro.
She is survived by: her sister Dorothea Pistilli; her daughters, JoAnne Sangiovanni (Vincent) and Lisa Basile (Louis); her grandchildren, John, Annalisa Sangiovanni, Stefani, Kevin Albright, Michael, Dominic Onorato, Zachary DeFilippo, Nicole Basile and Louis Basile; and her great grandchildren, Vienna, Aria and Theo.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Waitt Funeral Home & Cremation Service (501 Hwy 79, Morganville, NJ 07751). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas the Apostle RC Church (333 NJ-18, Old Bridge, NJ 08857). A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Bg William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
