He is survived by: his wife Judith P. Rowe; his children, Matthew (Patricia), Michael (Jeanne), Brian (Heather) and Kristin Carmon (Timothy); his grandchildren, Elliot, Quentin, Jacob, Ellen, William, Annie, Samuel, Josiah, Caleb, Andrew, Emily and Luke; his mother Elinor Rowe (late Hobart); his siblings, Pamela Hoffman (William), Suzanne Graul, Jeffrey Rowe and William Rowe (Ashleigh); his brother-in-law Paul Quintavalle (Sharon); his father-in-law Paul Quintavalle, Sr.; and his aunt Candies.
