She was predeceased by: her parents, George Karibjanian and Marijane Karibjanian. She is survived by: her husband Sam; her children, Danielle (Alex Darwiche), Joseph and Kathleen; her siblings, Susan, Nancy (Joe Nemecz) and George (Carol Murphy); her great-niece JJ Nemecz (Riley); and her daughters, Sadie, Amanda Nemecz, Maggie Nemecz (Dan Deegan), Isabela Karibjanian and Bobbitt. She is also survived by her nephews, nieces.

Patty requested any memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
