She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlington Denver Raughley and Martha Raughley; and her children, David Carter and Martha Susan. She is survived by: her sibling Jean Carter Lynn; her sons, Charlie (Angel) of Medford and Jeffery (Rhonda Arenson) of Maple Shade; her grandsons, Christopher (Christina) of Mount Laurel, Stephen (Heather) of Jersey City and Joshua of Moorestown; and her great grandchildren, Allison, John-Charles, Olivia and Wyatt.
The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to The Burlington County Animal Shelter.
