It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Gray Harvey (Moorestown, New Jersey), born in Riverton, New Jersey, who passed away on October 15, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Charles Gray and Izora Gray; her husband James Howard Harvey; her grandson Donald Tate; and her siblings, Logan Gray, Roberta Cunningham, Virginia Winchester, Richard Gray and Franklin Gray (Yvonne).
She is survived by: her children, Lois Valerie Shockey, Keith Barrett Harvey and Lisa Harvey Hill (Hill); her grandchildren, Ashley Johnson (Javone), Jessica Hill, Kayla Hill, Philip Tate (Lori) and Dorian Shockey (Angel); and her siblings, Charles Gray and Marcia Pope.
The food giving program served about 40 families each month and continues to thrive to this day, leaving a legacy of generosity, charity and service.
