Kinkade of Moorestown, New Jersey, born in Maple Shade, New Jersey, who passed away at the age of 74, on September 7, 2022. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Bessie Kinkade; and his siblings, Mary "Honey" Paulus, Penny Oman, Louise "Weezie" Conley and William Ensign.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly A. Lynch and David W. Kinkade Jr. (Vjollca); his grandchildren, Jamie Walker (Carl), Justin Lynch (Meredith), Victoria Kinkade, Michael Demito and Dominick Demito; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Kennedy and Peyton; and his siblings, Gladys Suplee, Paula Bishop and Albert "Spud" Kinkade, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
