It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia A. Mennel of Moorestown, New Jersey, who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hector Manuel Sampayo and Miriam Edythe Sampayo. She is survived by: her husband Alan Craig Mennel; and her daughters, Pamela Anne Mennel of Bryan, Texas. and Kimberly Irene Mennel of Bryan, Texas.. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
