He was predeceased by : his brothers, Ricky and Billy Rhinesmith. He is survived by : his fiancée Melissa Kurth; his son Ricky Rhinesmith; his stepdaughter Andrina Kapetanakis; his parents, Lynn Rhinesmith (Philip Congleton) of Lake Wales, Florida and William D. Rhinesmith of White Mills, Pennsylvania; and his sisters, Amanda Klein (Ryan) of Lincoln and Linda Bacchiocchi (Dominick) of Goshen.
