It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Drost of Montville, New Jersey, who passed away on February 4, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marie Drost to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Grouw and Jeanette Van Grouw; her husband Peter Drost; her brother Albert Van Grouw Jr.; her children, Nancy Eswood (Lou) of Parsippany, NJ, Ken Drost (Dawn) of Sarasota, FL, Tim Drost (Jeananne) of Verona, NJ and Laurie Larsen of Wharton, NJ.; and her grandchildren, Louis Eswood III (Alyssa), Brian Eswood (Anna), Alex Drost, Zach Drost, Heather Larsen, Michael Walshe, Patrick Walshe, Rachael Larsen, Kenny Larsen and Alana Drost. She was also cherished by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at 7:00 PM at the Vander May Wayne Colonial Funeral Home (567 Ratzer Rd, Wayne, NJ 07470). A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:15 AM and at 10:30 AM.
