He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Katherine Polachek; his children, Mike Polachek, Joe Polachek (Ronnie), Chris Corcoran (Mike) and Jim Polachek (Kim); his grandchildren, Katie Dennis (Mike) and JJ; and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Jamie, Julie and Justin.
