He is survived by: his wife Mildred; his children, Stephen Blackwell (Donna), Douglas Blackwell (Kathryn) and Robin Osman; his grandchildren, Richard (Rich), Jason (Jay), Andrew (Drew), Amanda and Adam; and his great grandchildren, Shylow, Dante, Serenity, Cash, Jagger and Brayden.
