She was predeceased by: her husband John J. O'Reilly; her parents, John Mulhern and Mary Mulhern; and her siblings, Jack Mulhern and Mary Mulhern.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Cummins, Anne Marie Burgoyne (William) and John J. O'Reilly, II (June); and her grandchildren, Connor of Logan, TJ, Lauren, Billy, Shauna, Katie, KellyAnne and John III.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests that donations in Anne's name be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
