He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Pryslak. He is survived by: his children, Ann, Marie and Michael; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Ann, Shannon Marie Cavanaugh, Aidan Charles, Mary Kate Eleanor and Claire Irene Shrekgast; and his brothers, William Shrekgast, Robert Shrekgast (Lorraine) and John Shrekgast (Cecelia). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces.
